some clause to the following offect should

be part of the new order-in-u ouncil:-

As to all companies incorporated in

the United Kingdom, or in a british possession,

and as to the Directors and all other officers

of auch companies (being british subjects),

the Supreme Court in exorcising jurisdiction

under the Principal Order or this order shall

in all matters not specifically provided for

by the Ordinance apply the law of england for

the time being.
